1 cup Milk Powder (Nido)
1/3 cup Pancake Mix
3 oz cream
Mix lightly to form a dough.
Make small balls.
Fry in ghee (medium temperature) till brown.
Makes 30-35 small Gulabjamun
Take it out and put it in the syrup.
Use 2 cups of sugar and 3 cups of water for the syrup. Boil for 3-5 mins till it becomes a little thick.
Add kesar and rose syrup for garnishing.
