Raspberry Scones
Ingredients –
200g Flour
120g Sugar
100g Unsalted Butter
1.5 eggs, beaten
Pinch of salt
Jam
Method –
1. Rub the butter into the flour and salt
2. Add the eggs to make a soft dough
3. Divide the dough into 12 round pieces
4. Make a hole in each of the pieces
5. Fill the holes with raspberry jam. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 c.
